Interested students should complete the attached application form. Only completed forms containing all requested information will be considered. Forms should be submitted to your high school counselor or emailed to [email protected] no later than March 15, 2022 at noon. If this date falls during your spring break and your school is closed, mail your applications early. It is the applicants responsibility to ensure that their application is received by Suzan Thompson before the deadline to be eligible for consideration.
